We have a long standing track record in establishing and maintaining excellent, long term professional working relationships with all of our clients. Our philosophy, both for our existing clients and our new clients, is to listen to their objectives and requirements, be open and honest and deliver innovative but technically sound methods of construction, with uncompromising quality control. It is this that has led to us being the contractor of choice and recommended on to many new customers.

Our customer base falls into three main categories, Government Works, Private Developers and Individual Clients; all categories with a continuous record of repeat business.

From the early days of the formation of the Company, a key client to this day has been the Government of the Bahamas.
The works have included major infrastructure projects, improvement and maintenance of roads and other infrastructure.

Our second category of clients is private companies. These private companies, as well as looking for a competitive price, require innovation to solve issues and mitigate risks. We have also recently entered into dialogue with several clients to embark on early contractor involvement to minimise risk of design, procurement and other issues in order to deliver cost certainty and early completion.

The final and steadily growing client base is individuals requiring “one off” bespoke construction, for example a private residence or work premises. Our proven record of working collaboratively with our clients gives them confidence in our abilities to solve their problems in a professional and innovative manner and enable the construction to remain on track without delay.

We are pleased that over 80% of our projects is repeat business from our ever extending Client Base.
