Delivering all our civil engineering, infrastructure and building projects to the customer satisfaction in terms of quality, time and budget.

Building Division

BHM just over 5 years ago decided to extend our portfolio to include a Building Division working in partnership with private and public sector clients, tailoring our services to meet their requirements and needs.

Whatever the form of contract, traditional, construction management, design and build or bespoke, we seek to be involved with projects at an early stage. This enables us to develop a greater understanding of our clients’ needs and ensure their brief is met.

Currently our Building Division only undertakes new build projects, which allows us to pass on the benefits of our experience of construction methodology, value engineering, procurement and programming. The Building Division team closely works with our clients teams to accurately deliver costing and fully developed designs. In the future we anticipate adding refurbishment and renovation of existing building to our portfolio.

In House Capabilities

BHM are fortunate to have built up technical services and design management capabilities in house. Allowing all our projects to benefit from our expertise in economical temporary works schemes and the proposals for alternative materials and construction methods where we believe they can bring benefits.
